Passings: K. Pattabhi Jois
Every now and then I take up the sombre task of noting that a great person is no more. Today it is a fellow Mysorean. The human race no longer has the privilege of being in the earthly company of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Guru K. Pattabhi Jois.

Keremane Shambhu Hegde
Four days of no newspaper made me miss this bit till a relative told me. The greatest Yakshagana artiste of our times is no more. He shall be sorely missed.
